We send a Weekly News Update to all our parents and carers each Friday, with highlights and news from the week in school.

Additionally, at the end of each term we publish The Stringer Press, our news publication that celebrates some of the many events, student successes and departmental news that have taken place over the course of the term. Scroll down to view our most recent edition.
Kit has been crowned our Mastermind Champion for the second year in a row! 🏆
All four of our 11DNN competitors did brilliantly and it was a very close competition. Thank you to everyone who came to watch and to Mr Watson and Ms Chrisp for hosting the event.

Here’s a few from our Summer Concert last year, themed Back to the 90s 🟡⚫️
Yesterday after school, our Year 11 students were invited to a GCSE revision lecture on the role and representation of nature in Macbeth. Huge thanks to Ms. Uren for leading the session! It was amazing to see so many students engaged and taking notes to support their English revision.
The next lecture is on Tuesday 18 March on The importance of context in Love and Relationships poetry led by Ms Sola. A full English revision timetable has been emailed to parents, carers and students.

This year we have six categories, and students can enter as many categories as they like up to a maximum of 3 photos per category. The photos must be of a high quality. The full list of categories are:
